1. Right of Return

The purpose of L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Toscana (hereinafter the Supplier) is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of your Customers.
So if for some reason you are not satisfied with the order, you can exercise the right of return without specifying the reason, returning the products purchased through the site, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received the products purchased.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/02/2014 n. 21. If the fourteenth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day will be considered as the useful term for the Right of Return.

Conditions for the exercise of the right of return
The right of return is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

A) Contact L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Tuscany via e-mail: info@anatradoro.it showing the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code specifying the purchase order number together with the code of the item to be returned, all the details relating to the payment, the personal details and the buyer's address so as to be able to trace the order.

B) The product (s) must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
C) The identification tag must still be attached to the products;
D) The products must be returned in their original packaging.
E) Returned products must be sent to L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Toscana in a single shipment; in fact, we reserve the right not to accept items of the same order returned and sent at different times;
F) Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the products.
G) Personalized products do not have the right of withdrawal / return.
In any case, the Customer, to exercise the right to reimbursement of the price of the Product, must return the Product intact in its packaging with the labels and, in any case, not used or worn.

The Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to Products ordered by the Customer which have been tailored and / or personalized.

L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Toscana reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not conform to these requirements. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.

Charges Due
Return costs are charged to the Customer.
Respecting all the required conditions, the supplier will reimburse you the price of the items purchased, the Customer being responsible only for the return costs, that is to say the transport costs for returning the purchased product (s) to the Supplier.
If your return cannot be accepted, because it does not comply with the above conditions, it will be contacted by the Supplier.
If this situation occurs, you can choose to have the purchased products returned to you at your own expense. In the event that you refuse this shipment the Fornitre will reserve the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase.

It is understood that in the event of a right of return, the Supplier is not liable for the theft or loss of the Products occurred during the transport of the goods at the Supplier.

In the event of the Customer exercising the right of withdrawal / return, the Supplier will refund the Product price within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, once the office has been established, provided that the goods are within that period. was returned in the conditions and in the manner indicated in this article.
Any costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.

How to return the Goods
The Goods must be delivered to the trusted International Courier and the receipt must be kept until receipt of the refund. It is preferable to choose a traceable method of the package.
Return costs are charged to the Customer.

It is advisable to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, the Fornitoresi reserves the right to debit any damage sustained by withholding them from the amounts to be reimbursed.

After the Supplier has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance of the return. Whatever method of payment you use (credit / debit card, PayPal, bank transfer ...), the refund will be activated by the Supplier in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.

The time for the re-credit or the return of the total or partial sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit / debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.
- purchase through PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible.
In the event of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made against the person who made the payment.

2. Change of Products

The customer who wishes to change the Products purchased for reasons related to the size and / or color and / or model of the Products, must proceed with the Change Request within the limits set forth below:

1) You can request the exchange of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, of different sizes and / or colors.
2) . You may request the exchange of one or more products purchased within and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of their delivery. The products to be changed must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of their delivery .
3) You can only make one change request for each product purchased;

Times and methods for obtaining the change. In the event that the product or products selected for the change are not available at the warehouse, and therefore your change request cannot be accepted, L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Toscana will proceed to refund the price of the product or products originally purchased and not replaceable.

In the event that the product or products selected for the exchange are available, the supplier will be able to accept your change request and will therefore send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of the replacement products. The shipment will take place in this case within thirty (30) days from the date on which L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Toscana will have become aware of your change request, once it has been verified that it has taken place in compliance with the above conditions. The shipping costs of the replacement products will be charged to L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Toscana.

In the event that the price of the product purchased is lower or higher than the price of the product selected for the change, no refund will be given to you for the difference.

In the event that your change request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions, you will be contacted. In this case, you can choose to get back the products that you intended to change by assuming the transport costs.

3. Order Cancellation

In this case, reference is made to the return policy described above.


4.Method of Depositing the Contract

Pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03, L'Anatra d'Oro Boutique Tuscany. informs the Customer that every order sent is stored in digital form on the server that hosts the Website according to criteria of confidentiality and security.
